Lab#9

For this lab I used different shapes from the brush tool to get to know them better and practice them. There were minimum hundreds of shapes to chose from. But for this lab we were supposed to use the ones that we found more interesting. You will find all this shapes clicking on the brush tool and going on it's menu. My favorite one is the large roses with chromo. I think this lab will be useful for later on projects. In order to make it look organized I used the line tool to make horizontal and vertical lines with the help of grid. And then using the horizontal type tool I named the kind of shape that I was using.

Lab#8 vector shapes

In this lab we learned how to use different shapes and we practiced them. Using the rectangular tool, the rounded rectangular tool, the ellipse tool, the polygon tool, the line tool and the custom tool. We chose 23 different shapes from the areas named before and we arranged them. Using the line tool I divide each section to make it look more organized. Then I started choosing my shapes. I could put effects on them going to menu I could combine shapes, subtract front shape, intersect shape areas or exclude overlapping areas. Then using the horizontal type tool I named each figure and at the last square I put my name. I prefered the custom shape tool because it has many figures to chose from.

project#3 photo restoration

On this project I used different tools including the patch tool, dodge tool, clone stamp tool, and the spot healing brush tool. This project was really challenging because there were a lot of failures
on the photo and it required dedication to fix it. I used the spot healing brush tool to bring areas from a clear area to the damaged area for example the arms or the dresses. The patch tool I replace certain damage areas. With the dodge tool I lighten the skin and make it look like the rest of the skin body in other words make it even. And to erase some dots left around the skin I used the clone stamp tool.
I think I did a good job on my project because I used different tools and tried to improve the quality of the picture.

Lab#7

In this lab we practiced tools to edit different images. First we place a photo where we could be able to see a clear face or just a full body. We named the layer of this photo liquify because we added different effects to the picture. After this photo we added another picture which only requirements were to have a clear view. We duplicated this layer five times and arrange them in order so they will look even and organized. After that we rasterize all five layers and added different filters by clicking filter>filter gallery, and there you chose the style of your preference but it must be clear. You name the layer with the effect you chose and using the type tool you name the picture with the effect you chose as well. As a last step we added a background clicking filter>render>clowth not before using the color of your preference.
I think I did a good job because I followed all the steps and I named all layers correctly also I put clear pictures and included a background.
